1. How many nails come in each set?
Our "Glam Sets" come in a set of 20-24 tips and our "Gel Sets" come in a set of 20 tips (two sizes each of 0-9)
2. What type of nail adhesive should I use and how long does it last?
Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.
Nail Adhesive tabs- If you use the tabs, nails can stay on for up to 1-2 days. It's perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove/ reusable!
3. Are your nails reusable?
Yes, our nails are reusable if you take good care of them wearing and during removal process. Be sure to to follow our removal steps.
4. Are your nails custom?
Yes, our Gel sets are our pre package manufactured custom designs.
5. What's your process time?
Processing time takes 1-3 business days after purchase
6. What comes with my nail purchase?
All nail set purchases will include a Full Prep Kit (a mini nail file, a wooden cuticle pusher, a mini buffer, an alcohol wipe, 1 Kiss nail glue), and detailed instructions on how to apply/remove your press on nails.
7. Shipping
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. Please note that processing time does NOT include shipping time. Again, processing time take 1-3 business days. Orders made Friday-Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday (next business day)
8. Cancellations/Returns
All cancellations request must be made within 7 hrs of purchase. After 7 hours, all sales are final.
